I read this late at night and so woke up thinking about it this morning.

I think this is the most useful bit:

Tough-Mindedness vs Tender-Mindedness

I think the other labels (for the numbers) are a bit problematic as while they tactical will be of use in your/our locale, maybe not be strategically useful at large. As they may be (this is not a stats method criticism but a framing)(fish in water issue) too assuming of what I call the "social institution of the individual" after reading Joseph Henrich's data driven anthropology titles.

The other items is that while I have often said 'any "system" will "work" as long as we police narcissism', while not knowing what policing would actually mean, I would recommended fellow substack-based blog by Steve Stewart-Williams. Recently he highlighted some research showing linkage between (green) activism and narcissism (I can confirm), and also between narcissism and more conspiratorial thinking (poor me victim covert styles)(world against me cause I am so special ... the de-agency version of the activist roles, I guess). I feel that tough mindedness often flaps around without a real target and ends up running around like a headless chook (chicken), only good for the populist pot (not plot).

I wrote the following on some older writing of his before I discovered his blog (mostly paid sub material but...)
